Chuck Betz
At 9 years old in 1984, Chuck was dropped off at a theater to watch the original Ghostbusters…. by himself! It wasn’t until the lights went down in the theater when he realized that this movie could be much scarier than he initially thought. He was relieved by the large amount humor in the film, but it didn’t stop the worry of seeing something more terrifying later in the movie. …Then a giant marshmallow man appeared! After experiencing this roller coaster ride of laughter and fear, Chuck was a fan for life!
These days with so many movies being found, restored and upgraded to 4K, Chuck has restarted his physical movie collection with some really amazing additions! His knowledge of films in general has been reaching higher levels than ever before with “Horror” being his favorite genre. Chuck also grew up in arcades and video game stores. He has never stopped playing video games and continues to play them regularly! Whether it is Fortnite, classic arcade games, fighting games or epic RPGs, he is always looking for a challenging adventure in a virtual world!

Vincent Betz
Chuck passed along his love of 80s movies to his son Vincent, but nothing ever had the same impact that Ghostbusters had. Beyond being fans, since their first viewing Chuck and Vincent wanted to do more in the world of Ghostbusters, they thought it would be great to join one of the Ghostbusters fan groups they saw in documentaries, but they weren’t really sure where to find their local Ghostbusters…
It seemed like fate, but after they had this thought, they noticed the sudden activity of the newly formed Nomad Ghostbusters of Minnesota!
Vincent spends a lot of days playing video games and hanging out with friends online. He especially enjoys games like DOOM, Halo, Fortnite and Cyberpunk 2077. He also enjoys learning and creating music. He has had continuing interests in learning about weather and actually investigating the paranormal. One of his future goals is to study and become an auto mechanic.

Henry E
As a % of their life, no one on the team has been in the suit longer than Henry. Despite his age, this young buster is a founding member of the Nomads. Whether he’s toughing it out in freezing temperatures at a toy drive, lugging his proton pack around a parade route, or handing out stickers to kids Henry stands toe to toe with anything we throw at him.

Andrew Epperson
Andrew grew up during the Ghostbusters golden age. EctoCooler, Real Ghostbusters, and Kenner toys. A massive fan of the second film and all things slime you’ve got to be careful high fiving him during a parade. Andrew is finishing up his degree in finance, and when not in the flight suit usually has his nose in a book.

Matt Rasmussen
Matt Rasmussen has been a Ghostbuster his entire life! His earliest memories include watching “The Real Ghostbusters” on the TV, collecting the classic Kenner toys and enjoying a daily dose of Ecto Cooler!
He was officially gifted his first flight suit when he met “The Ghostbusters of MN” in 2012. Over the years, he has been lucky enough to get an invite to several GhostCorps events such as “Ghostbusters Fan Fest,” “The NYC Afterlife Premiere” and “The NYC Frozen Empire Premiere.” He has also visited most of the filming locations and met most of the cast and crew of the original films!
Apart from being a founding member of “The Nomad Ghostbusters of MN,” he is also a founding member of “The Twin Ports Ghostbusters.” The team raises money for The Ronald McDonald House and is also the focus of the Ghostbusters documentary, “Nerds Doing Good,” “Ecto Cooler Resurgence,” and the “#bringbackectocooler” campaign! When Matt is not donning his flight suit, he is working in TV and film, conducting paranormal investigations and hosting annual TV specials as “The King of Halloween!”

Justin Reuter
I grew up loving movies of the late 70s and 80s - Alien, Star Wars, and, of course, Ghostbusters. A fan for life, I've always been looking for a way to have a closer connection to the fictional universes that I enjoyed. This led to commissioning art, buying figures, collecting memorabilia, and more. Eventually I discovered the vibrant world of lightsaber building, where sound and light electronics could be added to replica hilts to create an experience that created the feeling of using those fictional weapons. I had found my hobby calling, and it led to hundreds of hours of learning new skills, with many failures and a few happy successes.
Then, Ghostbusters Afterlife released, followed by Hasbro's Spengler wand and, eventually, their Haslab Proton Pack. My passion for adding electronic functionality to replicas was reignited and redirected there, and I poured effort into customizing and enhancing my pack. Eventually satisfied with the result, I wore it to a few conventions as an individual cosplayer. What I didn't expect was that I would enjoy the experience tremendously. As Louis Tully said, "I was born to wear this stuff!" I wanted to do more, something meaningful, and that led me to the Nomads. Now I'm here to help support this team and our community, converting our passion for Ghostbusters into real-world good.
